This wall mounted MRI metal detector HO-M12 guards at the entrance into the MRI exam room, providing the most precise and reliable detection of medium to large ferromagnetic threats. It provides significant assistance in the prevention of serious injury to patients and staff or equipment damage.

• Voice Alarm that Shouts DANGER, STOP PLEASE when a potentially lethal object approaches the MRI machine

EASILY UNDERSTOOD STATUS INDICATORS: GREEN – Go, YELLOW – Warning, RED - STOP!

• The GREEN LED illuminated around the MRI entrance indicates that the detector is scanning and there are no ferromagnetic threats detected.
• A YELLOW beacon light indicates that a threat is approaching the portal.
• The RED LED  flashes, indicating a major threat such as a magnetic iphone, belt, keys or  magnetic wheelchair, ventilator or oxygen cylinder approach the portal.
• The greater the threat, the further away the pre-warning is activated.
• Ferrous objects not approaching the entrance to MRI room do not trigger an audible warning. A ferrous object is not a threat until it tries to enter the Magnet Room.

Main Features:

1, It is very sensitive type, can detect the ferromagnetic objects quickly and easily identify and remove it. NO invasive pat-down or hand-held detectors required.

2, It has 2 way of warning alarm: INTELLIGENT VISUAL WARNING and Audio ALARM

The visual warning is triggered by approaching ferrous objects well outside the magnet room. The greater the threat, the further away the pre-warning is activated. Ferrous objects not approaching the entrance to magnet room do not trigger a warning. Ferrous object is not a threat, until it tries to enter the Magnet Room. No irrelevant warnings

Audio ALARM is triggered by ferrous objects entering MRI room.

3, MOST FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION, EASY TO INSTALL. It can be mounted both in-swing and out-swing MRI room doors. Alarm Indicator Lights NOT blocked by out-swinging doors.

4, REDUCES ALARM FATIGUE by not producing acoustic alarm on moving doors (in-swing and out-swing), exit from MRI room and cross traffic.

5, The sensor sensitivity, audio volume, voice volume, light luminance can be adjusted by our software app which can be installed in a phone.
